Bird in Hand First Reserve Olive Oil
This limited release cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil is the first harvested for the season. The olives are handpicked when green, producing an extremely low yield of superior quality. The result is a wonderfully fresh oil with extremely low acidity and a penetrating aroma of freshly cut grass and an intense flavour including hints of apple and green tomato.
