Bird in Hand EVOO
Bird in Hand's most popular oil is harvested when the oilves are riper and the fruit is a mix of purple and green in colour. The result is an extra virgin oil with riper, rounder characteristics and more developed flavours. It also has a rich fruity aroma of fresh olives and apples but the taste is sweeter and riper with a smooth nutty finish.
